Stressed???? I can speak from personal experience dealing with chronic anxiety and stress for so many years. Thankfully I was introduced to meditation and through cultivating a daily practice, along with other therapies and energy healing, I am now *mostly* anxiety and stress-free. Life does happen, and we are dynamic beings, so stress and anxiety aren’t totally avoidable always!!! When I notice the stress begin I pause - breathe - and relax my body consciously. Its such a simple thing to do that has often saved my mental state!!! We have the power to turn stress into positive action. #stress #anxiety #positivity
