 I now define mindset as “the scope of what I truly believe is possible and achievable”. This definition allows me to keep an open mind and to continue expanding myself as new levels of possibility are revealed on my life path. So, with this understanding of mindset, it is one of the most important factors in life. Science is now proving that if our mind isn’t open and aware of potentials, we literally don’t see it!!! The next logical question becomes how do we shift or expand our mindset? I’ve found that regular meditation, wisdom teachings and energy healings, and self-discipline are key to creating true and lasting transformation of mindset and thus one’s life.

 Change is inevitable, however, transformation is a choice. To transform our lives we must first take a deep breath, allow reality to be reality, then focus 100% of body, mind, heart and soul on transforming our reality. Going with the flow can feel good for a while, and sometimes we need that! But ultimately to get to a higher level in life we must put in the effort on a consistent basis and lift ourselves up!!
