Focus allows you to figure out what you want and direct your energy towards accomplishing it. What they might not tell you is that focus is key in the development of patience and persistence which add up to transformation! I firmly believe that these traits are born from steadfast focus! When you know what is the priority, you are focused on that and you steadily advance until you reach your goal.
