 This past year has been one filled with learning lessons and deeper understanding of healing through my own personal healing journey. I'm so excited to share my deepened understanding of healing with you!
A little background for context: Last December 2023 I was rear-ended on I-5 and suffered whiplash and a concussion. I started having intense, frequent and unpredictable migraines lasting anywhere from 6-hours to 48-hours. I was "out of it", confused and foggy. I suffered intense fatigue as well as intense short-term memory loss. I could barely function, let alone work, and needed support from close family and friends to make it through this ordeal. Luckily I had the most amazing doctors, chiropractors, and support that I could ask for! What I've learned: One of the main things that sticks out in my mind as I look back over my own healing journey the past year, is how effective energy healing is for the physical body. While my body took however long it took to heal, the Ensofic reiki, meridian healings, and various other modalities worked in the background not just to speed healing, but to support healing that radiated through all levels of my being. When the brain is affected, it's no joke! However, what I learned from the short-term memory loss was to be in the now moment. I really had no other choice! I could not remember what happened mere minutes before, and this went on for months. I will never forget this lesson and how possible it actually is to simply live in the now and be ok :) What happened before doesn't matter, and what is coming is unpredictable. All I have is here and now. Also, I was honored to witness a depth of love, support and compassion from my close friends and family which has truly touched my soul forever. They have shown me a deeper love through their dedication and I'm exceptionally grateful for them. Obviously it's been a very tough year, however, knowing what I know about the Universe and manifestation from my extensive metaphysical background and expertise as an energy healer - I used every tool in my kit to get back to a functional state. The most difficult part of this experience for me was not being able to take on new clients!! Moving forward: I'm so happy to report that a year after my car accident I'm finally ready to take on new clients once more! Providing people with the teachings, healings, light and ancient wisdom teachings their body and soul are craving is the highest honor of my life. I am ecstatic to once more be in a position to offer my services :) As of this January, I'm starting Saturday Morning Meditations at Refined Physio in Edmonds, WA on the first and third Saturdays of each month. And I'm opening up my schedule for healing sessions and will announce other classes and event offerings shortly. I'm planning to make 2025 one heck of a comeback. Finally, I want to thank you for reading this and being a part of my life journey however that has manifested. I hope to connect with you again in person soon. This May I traveled to Toronto, Canada to receive advanced spiritual training from the Modern Mystery School headquarters. This is a global community of people from all walks of life and backgrounds who gather to receive deeper training and hone our skills so we can bring the best to the world. I recently went to the ballet Giselle with good friends. What immediately struck me was the level of dedication and sheer will it must take to train for one’s craft at the highest levels. All of the music and dance was impeccable! Not to mention the beautiful sets and costumes. Such artistry and beauty went into this production.  In my mid-20s I began a conscious mindful practice of appreciating the opportunities that presented in my life. It really helped me to be grateful for things in my life. This has evolved over time to appreciate everything as an opportunity. In fact, I look at everything in my life as an invitation to appreciate what is, and thus this expands my awareness of the potential of what might be. For example: a pile of dirty laundry. If I’m not looking at this through the eyes of appreciating opportunity, just the sight of it might drain my energy as I grumble about never having enough time. But after training myself to see everything as an opportunity and appreciating that I have the opportunity to have enough clothing to have a pile of dirty laundry and enough other good things in my life to keep me busy enough to have the laundry pile up a bit, I see that this is not just an opportunity for gratitude but for refining systems and how I organize my life. I analyze why/when/how the laundry is piling up and create a better game plan to stay on top of it. I know a pile of dirty laundry might not seem like something to celebrate, but this is a reflection of something in my inner world. Addressing challenges as opportunities has completely transformed my life. This week we celebrated the Wiccan Sabat (holy day) of Imbolc! The energies present mark the first day of Spring which is evident here in the Pacific Northwest as the first fresh green shoots of daffodils and tulips peeking up from the cold earth. This is pre-planting season and the time to take stock of which seeds are worthy of being planted. What to keep and what to release.  Sometimes its difficult to manifest when we have too many things growing in our garden of life. The abundance of nature and of the Universe is amazing!!! Which isn’t about uprooting everything in your garden but selectively taking out what you’re the least passionate about. This helps with clarity of mind and action.
