I actually have some fear around car repairs because I don't have enough knowledge to know what is reasonable and really if they are telling the truth.

Now more than ever before on the planet we have so many ways to gain information about people places and things. We are moving into an age of transparency and the result of this is the clearer perception of the good, bad and the ugly.
