Embrace Your Inner Joy :)
Winters in the Pacific Northwest are kind of awesome IMO. I'm writing this message while in my cozy sweater, sipping on tangerine tea, relaxing and contemplating life, the Universe and everything ;) What could be better?
Yet... I didn't always feel this way about my life. I haven't always been upbeat and positive. In fact, my journey to wholeness, health and wellbeing has been a long and often bumpy one. I started out my journey of awakening over 10 years ago while in a corporate job, working on spreadsheets for 12 hours a day, totally miserable and depressed, and wondering "There has to be a better way!?"
Today... I am blessed to be truly engaged in my life - body and soul! I never thought I would ever wake up each day inspired and engaged in my daily work, it's true!, but finding the right tools and teachings and healings has made all the difference - so much so that I've dedicated my life to sharing these with you as you'll read more about later in this email.
I don't have all of the answers - and I will never claim to! Yet, I do have access to some amazing tools, techniques and teachings I've gathered along my personal journey to health, wellness and joy! And my mission is to continually engage with these in my own life as well as share these with you and support you as you are ready to take that next step - however big or small - towards a better life for yourself.
In this holiday season, I ask you to look within, to seek and embrace your inner Joy! One simple way that I do this is to close my eyes, take a few deep breaths in a comfortable and calm setting, and focus on ONE thing that I am truly grateful for for at least 5 minutes. That's it! If you try this I bet you'll be surprised how GOOD this will make you feel. The more that each of us consciously engages and expresses this Joy from within, the more healing will take place, and the brighter our whole world becomes. I'm ready for that world, how about you?
