No is something we all encounter, learning to honor my own no's and others no's yet not take it personally or permanently was a HUGE lesson for me and something I still work on. There have been things in my life that have been a "heck no!" at one time but are now something I consider. Life is always in flux, and we are complex beings with choice in every moment to choose something new. A new perspective, a new path, and new way of being and operating in the world.

Remember that with each no there is an unspoken yes to something else! How will you choose to experience your internal no's and the no's from others? The choice is yours!
