Cultivate Your Best Qualities

#‎TransformationTuesday‬ I saw this beautiful rose yesterday on my walk back from the cafe' where I met up with a client for a lovely conversation. It suddenly struck me how this rose was cultivated to be the most beautiful it could be. Sure, roses are beautiful in their own but over the centuries roses and other plants are shaped by human desire. Selected for bearing the best fruits or flowers.

So today I'm focusing on the careful selection of my best qualities and the pruning away of those habits which no longer serve me.
