How an Accountability Buddy Steps Up Your Game

#‎StepUpSunday‬ Yesterday I had my monthly phone chat with a lovely woman who lives in Toronto, ON. We connect each month to share our goals and to help hold each other accountable for bringing them to completion.

I've found this SUPER helpful for me in order to stay on track and be able to share the failures and triumphs with one other person. I've found it helps keep me motivated knowing that I have to do that check-in! :) It's also very fulfilling being able to help hold space for her dreams to come into fruition piece by piece as well.

I'm guessing most of you have some big dreams you want to accomplish in your lifetime. I highly recommend stepping up your game with an "accountability buddy". Someone who is in your same line of work or similar who can help support you in your process month-to-month.

There is something interesting that happened to me when I knew someone else knew what I had set as my goals!! There was added motivation to complete them and to start getting real results! Accountability helps take responsibility to the next level.

Today I'm working on my newly revised plan forward based on my conversation with my accountability buddy and I'm so excited about the amazing things I have planned to bring into my life and to others! I'm looking forward to sharing some of this with you soon.
