  • If client(s) are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, they should contact a licensed healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
  • Payment is due prior to or at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service.
  • Missed appointments or “no-shows” are non-refundable.
  • Classes, workshops, mentorships, digital products, spiritual ceremonies, and special events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Packages, prepaid services, memberships, and deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Pure Essentials Light Center reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at its discretion.



CONFIDENTIALITY
  • All personal information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential to the extent permitted by law.
  • However, confidentiality may be limited if disclosure is required by law or if there is concern regarding immediate harm to self or others.
